Custom molding includes 2 sections.

One is custom molding as per customer's samples or drawings, the other is customer only tell us the working condition and requirerment of sealing purpose, we design the seals by ourself and offer the solutions.

We are familiar with the industrial standards of China, Japan, Germany, Italy and U.S., our engineers can participate in the whole process of new seals development.

Mold development
Our molds are using the material of Cr12MoV, and the cavities can be Chrome plated as per customer request..

Leadtime
For the specific type and size, the leadtime is 25-30 days, but for special requirement, the leadtime will be a little longer.

Tracking
We have Project Manager who will follow all the procedure, tracking and reporting the progress and/or problems during the development.

Testing
We will test the oil seals with our customer, and like to get the quick response on the seals performance and long lifetime.

Working Condition Sheet
Through working condition sheet, we can know the enviroments of radial shaft seal operating in order to design good seal for specific applications.
