| We design the seal product and mold by ourself using the software including AutoCAD, Pro/E, SolidWorks. All the drawings are checked carefully according to customer request or we send the sealing design and solution to the customer as per the seal working condition. |

The
molds are made by CNC lathe and core surface are chrome-plated.
Material is Cr12MoV. |

| The mold core of valve stem seals used Cr12MoV material, and chrome-plated on the surface. |
|
Rubber is shaped cured and bonded to metal case by Tongyu vacuum molding machine. |

| We use the trimming machine to cut the lip. |

All the seals shall pass the lip shape examination by video measuring machine. |
